To get the party started, we’ll hop on a phone call so we can learn more about your love story and get an idea of where you are in the planning process. We want to hear all about the most important aspects of your day and get on the same page! Once your contract is signed, your date is saved and we get to work. Our team will send over a questionnaire for you to complete along with our best vendor suggestions, and we go from there! About 1-2 weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet over coffee to review our game plan and ensure that we have all of the must-know information to make your day a crazy-big success.
Your wedding arrives and it’s the best day you could’ve imagined. Focus on soaking up every epic moment with your brand new spouse, while we focus on capturing every emotion-filled memory. We’ll preserve your first day married through documentary-style imagery, surrounded by the people you love most, and high on love.
Bask in the afterglow of your wedding while we’re hard at work curating and editing your final gallery. You’ll receive sneak peeks to tide you over within 72 hours of your event, with your final collection of images arriving later. Feel free to obsess over every image and share them to your heart’s content.

All! SF City Hall is the most popular City Hall in the Bay Area and it is a gorgeous architectural venue. However, if there is another City Hall that is meaningful or closer to you then I am happy to join you there!
I always recommend at least 1 hour for your ceremony and at least 1 hour for couples photos. If you have any family visiting or worry you may run late (that is always a thing!) then it’s best to buffer in extra time. Sometimes City Hall is running behind, there’s a long line to check in or you have a long-winded officiant. There are definitely variables to consider! When we have our onboarding and then pre-wedding call we will discuss timeline and what makes the most sense for your venue and needs.
Yes! Couples often add on hours for special dinners, walking around the city to landmark locations or to really take advantage of your location. Whatever your dream day is we can make sure it is documented!
Galleries are delivered in a range of 6-8 weeks depending on the length of the day and activities involved. I always send a sneak peek within 72 hours so that you can relive the most memorable parts of your day.
I do! While being in the moment and capturing candid moments creatively are what drives my work, I also know how to set up a beautiful scene. Posed photos aren’t what I rely on but if the moment or time calls for it then we can make it happen!
